We encourage our Patients to come and visit our Sleep Lab before their appointment to feel comfortable. We have a state-of-art lab with excellent facilities. Our Sleep Rooms have queen size beds with comfortable mattresses, TV and other amenities. The rest room is right next to the bedrooms. Our Sleep Lab Technician will be there to help you when you arrive. She will take you to your room. You can change in your night clothes and get comortable. Here is a list of things to remember before you come for your sleep study including what to bring:
Please avoid taking any form of Caffeine or Alcohol before your study.
Try NOT to nap during the day.
Make sure to bring any medications you may need during the night or the next morning.
Bring all personal hygiene products you may need (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, brush).
Bring comfortable loose clothing to sleep in(for men shorts, for women capris are best due to leg leads)
Make sure hair is washed ( please do not get hair done the day before sleep study there will be leads in hair all weave, extensions, or hair pieces should be removed.)
Bring reading material to help you relax.
If a guest will be accompanying you please let our staff know.
